Xbee ansi c library port

Does anyone know of a port for the ansi c library?

The arduino xbee api library out there does not cover xbee series 3 boards to which i which the xbee cellular modem is.

The arduino tiny gsm only covers command mode and not api so functionality is limited.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

This is not ported for Arduino. I was told by Digi this is because Arduino does not support RTS/CTS but some arduino boards to so…not quite sure where this comes from.
