SparkFun GPS-RTK Dead Reckoning ZED-F9R can be connected to a Windows 10 computer by the USB port and managed by Ublox U-Center software?
Yes, it is possible. Please see the [hookup guide for more details.](SparkFun GPS-RTK Dead Reckoning ZED-F9R Hookup Guide - SparkFun Learn)
I see 2 boards with UBLOX ZED-F9R:
-
GPS-16344 SparkFun GPS-RTK Dead Reckoning pHAT for Raspberry Pi
-
GPS-16475 SparkFun GPS-RTK Dead Reckoning Breakout - ZED-F9R (Qwiic)
I want to connect to a Microsoft Windows 10 computer with U-Center sometimes by USB and sometimes by UART (using an external RS232 adapter).
Which are the main differences between these 2 boards?
Which board is preferable for my application?
Both use the same GPS module but GPS-16475 was designed specifically to be used with a Raspberry Pi.
GPS-16344 would be the better option if you want to connect the ZED-F9R to a computer.
For connection to the andoid, is there a difference between them ?
I don’t think you’re going to be able to get this to work with Android unfortunately.
