Make certain to use a verified, working data USB cable, and not a charging-only USB cable.

Sounds like he’s suggesting he has received a previously used/sold ZED-F9P board, and it’s not working properly.

USB connectivity not working, so perhaps cable or drivers. If Device shows up in Device Manager, but as Unknown, a Windows Update should pull drivers. Try a different cable, USB port or machine. Does it give the attachment sound when plugged in?

Perhaps check with the point-of-sale and get an RMA?

Perhaps show a picture of the device or packaging that illustrates this assertion.

We have an internal ticket with Jordanfarms and are taking care of the issue. A used unit was accidentally shipped in error and we are taking care of it.
