ZOE-M8Q (Qwiic) not working properly

Hi friends!

I have a zoe-m8q connected via a qwiic cable to a sparkfun esp32 thing plus.

Running the example2 NME parsing in the hook up guide i get the following output when plugged outside:

09:31:48.031 → Waiting for fresh data

09:31:48.278 → Waiting for fresh data

09:31:48.564 → Waiting for fresh data

09:31:48.848 → Waiting for fresh data

09:31:49.081 → Waiting for fresh data

09:31:49.316 → Waiting for fresh data

Any suggestions?

Hello @sharonf,

You are using the wrong antenna. Please use a GNSS/GPS antenna. Also, you need to test it outdoors - with a clear view of the sky.
