I am having problems with the pressure sensors that I ordered. It looks like they are not working. I have double checked the wiring and everything is okay.
Can you share a photo of the soldering/wiring?
Which microcontroller are you using? Do other sensors work normally with the same setup?
2 Things jump out at me:

Uno uses 5v I/O voltage, the sensor only wants 3.3v. You’ll need to either use an MCU with 3.3v IO voltage or add a logic level shifter between the sensor and Uno

Connections can be a bit shoddy without headers…the soldering is a bit boogered/cold and looks like the blobs are mostly sitting on top of the board…the idea is to have a small amount of solder that fills the hole and barely bulges from the hole itself…80% or so of the solder material should be within the holes, with just a small ‘cone’ shape on the top side
I’d try swapping to 3.3v io voltage and re-test, and if that doesn’t improve the situation I’d recommend re-soldering
