I ordered my first 4 layer board a few days ago. It is not yet panelized.
Do we have some feedback about 4 layer panel % ? Just to see if my board will be made before 2012 
For those who already ordered 4 layer boards, how much time from ordering to shipping from BatchPCB ?

There are no delays, if you have any questions regarding orders, email Support@batchpcb.com. Also FYI lead times for 4 layer pcbs is 5-6 weeks.

Received my first 4 layer boards end of last week.
That’s a bit more than one month. Not that bad (but order tracking is worst than for 2 layers).
Layer alignment is always off a few mils, not enough to trash the boards, but enough to not be so much comfortable.
I used another PCB fab (in France) for the first time for the same designs and will go for a comparison ASAP.
