Where to go for 4 layer PCB orders ?

Hello

I’ve designed an electronic board and i have Gerber files.

I would like to it done in 4 layers PCB, has some has an good address ( good quality and price ) where i should go to ?

For 2 layers PCB i usually order from http://www.futurlec.com, but they do not propose 4 layers PCB.

Many thanks and best regards,

BatchPCB, Alberta Printed Circuits and Gold Pheonix are ones I have used.

Thanks,

Do they all ship to Europe ?

i’m in France.

I use PCB-Pool for four-layer prototypes.

Eurocircuits are only over the border from you and can do 4 layer boards.

You have designed the inner layers haven’t you?

Sorry this is a bit late, but have you tried Laen’s PCB service? He does 2-layer and 4-layer boards.

pcbcart.com is my favourite, just putting it out there

Pro’s:

Online quoting system, with selectable layer qty, finishes, trace widths (down to 2 mil), hole sizes, hole qty’s, and lead time.

Great customer service, very good english.

They give refunds if you make an error and select options not applicable to your pcb’s during the quoting process (without having to be asked).

Only negatives would be sometimes ever so slightly misaligned silkscreen (like, 1/4mm), which is fairly common with most PCB suppliers anyway as accuracy doesn’t really matter on the silkscreen layer. However their silkscreen is also the highest resolution out of a lot of them, and it doesn’t turn pink or yellow when heated.

Thats just my 2c

how long does futurelec take to respond to initial email?

I sent them an order and I don’t get any reply.

How long should I wait?

It takes about 3 days once you have sent your Gerber files to them.

They will confirm your files can be proceeded, then will you will be requested to pay for the PCBs. After that expect about 10 days to have you PCBs ready to be shipped to you.

Hope this helps,

Best regards,
