Lately, I’m finding that I need 4 layers for most projects. It has been VERY expensive. Are there plans for a 4 layer service in Spark Fun’s future?
People are having a hard enough time getting 2 layers correct so I highly doubt a 4 layer service will be available any time soon.

Is that service problems or user problems?
User problems. A lot of people don’t know enough about PCB manufacturing to get their gerbers in the correct format.
Have a look at the “What’s a Gerber” thread for examples.
I use [PCBFabExpress for most all my 4-layer prototype PCBs.
They have about the lowest price I’ve found for quality 4-layer PCBs (and believe me you don’t want cheap PCBs for 4-layer!) and have never missed a ship date yet.](http://www.pcbfabexpress.com)
I`m looking for something like this in EUrope too… any suggestions. Their pricings are interesting for 4 layer, but shipping to europe
costs $ 50,- which is more than the board price
