About instrument height in SW Maps and Sensor Height

Hello,

I am using an RTK GNSS system with a pole (specifically a 2-meter pole). I want to clarify about the “instrument height” in the SW maps app. When I input 2 meters, does consider the antenna height inside the torch? Because on the product some small dimensions are written (photo). Should I consider it (2m + 61 mm)? as I need mm accuracy, it is important to me.
Or imagine I put the RTK on the ground without the pole, should I write 64 mm as the instrument height in the app?

This is what I do for RTK:

Measure the overall length of the 2 meter rod from the Point/Tip to the Antenna’s Reference Point (ARP) and then add the offset as you mentioned.

Note: It’s very rare for a 2m rod to measure 2.000m from the Tip of the Rod Point to the ARP.

As to which offset to use (L1/L2), that’s up to you. Some people use L2, some people take the average(59mm), some use L1.

No Rod : yes, you would enter the Antenna’s Offset as the Height of Instrument (HI), or 0.059m for the average using your example pic of a Facet.

For Static Work, you will be using the ARP and the antenna’s calibration file during post-processing.
