Has anyone added an external power amplifier to the nRF24L01?. For my application, I need to increase rf power.
What about a skywork Amplifier ? if there is any amplifier circuit please tell me about it and inform me about the pin connection .

Not practical.
Choose a better radio module. There are lots. Choose one in the 900 or 868MHz band where range is better than 2.4GHz. Such as those supported by this great protocol suite:

and/or get gain antennas w/short coax instead of amplifiers.
At 2.4GHz antennas with 10-15dBi gain are viable.
