ANT_DETECT and ANT_SHORT_N pins breakout?

Hi all,

I have been using the NEO-M9N breakout board and found that the ANT_MON and ANT_SHORT_N pins from the U-BLOX module have not been broken out. Now I am looking at the ZED_F9T breakout board and it has the same thing. It would be nice to use these features of the U_BLOX module. Is there a reason that these pins have not been broken out?

As far as I can see on page 8 of the NEO-M9N datasheet, ( https://cdn.sparkfun.com/assets/b/f/b/a … 14285_.pdf ) there are no pins named ANT_DETECT and ANT_SHORT. This is why those are not present in the breakout board either. Rather, M9N as VCC_RF and LNA_EN pins. LNA_EN is floating in the breakout board. And VCC_RF has been used in u.FL antenna block. If you see the ZED-F9T pinout, ANT_DETECT and ANT_SHORT_N pins are there, unlike NEO-M9N.

Thank You. I have been working with U center and it leads me to think there is a way to monitor the antenna for an open or a short. Is there any advice on how to make this work with the ZED-F9T?
