Chip antenna Neo-M9 breakout module - No PPS and Sat data

Hello,

I have programmed an Arduino Mega with the example code in Hookup guide and connected the Neo M9 breakout module. The power LED turns on but PPS doesn’t even after 10 minutes nd there is no SAT data. The serial port log is as follows:

Am I missing something or is there an issue with the module?

Please help.

Does the module/antenna have a clear view of sky? Which model (on-board, ufl, sma…) is being used and does the antenna match? Also, ensure the correct satellite bands are the bands available in your area?

It works just fine after I took it to open to the sky terrace.

Since it was raining almost continuously, I was trying to test inside my home with the setup next to the window.

Thanks for your help
