The D channel for the as7265x triad spectral sensor keeps on randomly oscillating between 0 and about 260. I’m not sure if this is normal.
Do you seem the same in different room/lighting/outdoors?
D corresponds to ~485nm wavelengths, is there something nearby that is maybe outputting/blinking or something that exhibits that wavelentgh?
The sensor is in a completely dark environment each time it’s used.
Are the other board LEDs inactivated? PWR and Stat? You can disable PWR by cutting the jumper next to it and you can disable the stat led via the library (My guess is it is the blue stat LED, because they are usually 400-500nm)
All the LEDs are activated. I will test to see if I get the same outcome with another board. If so I’ll inquire again under this topic what the cause might be. Thanks for your help!
