There are plenty of better ones out there. It depends on your needs and how much you want to spend. I use a 1.2kW version of this:

0-40V, 0-30A, compact, efficient and extremely reliable. Will set you back about $1200 though.
I think he meant something better without adding a 0 to the price 
I’m also looking to buy a bench top power supply in the near future, but something more reasonable.
