I’m getting the breakout boards below:

https://www.sparkfun.com/products/14003
They will be stuffed in a small project box and thus far I have only had to supply +5v power to an Arduino board and other misc. components.
What is the simplest way to provide the required bipolar power for these BOBs?
Thanks,
A
Hi Andrew.
We do carry a [bipolar power supply , but it’s easy to make your own if you have two power supplies that output the same voltage. The photo below shows how you’d do it with two separate power supplies.

Would be harmful in any way to draw more power from one supply than the other?
I need to power an Arduino, DTMF shield, plus some LEDs from one 5v DC power supply.

As long as the power supply can handle it (ie the current rating on the positive rail is high enough), it should be fine. You may want to run a separate set of power leads from the supply to the digital stuff to reduce the chance of getting noise into the audio side.
