Bluecore 4 External chip SDK and tool

Hi

I am new to bluetooth programming.

  1. Can u please Suggest me the tool/IDE to do programming on bluecore4 chip from CSR.

  2. By using Bluez programming, can we establish the connection between bluetooth in CSR bluecore4 if no please suggest how.

I will explain you the requirement. Our device has to receive the image from sensor board and sends to the mobile. Medium is bluetooth.

sensor board → ARM7 ->bluetooth ===> bluetooth->mobile.

Can u tell me the above process can be done without ARM7 and having Bluecore4 External chip.
