BlueSMiRF Silver doesn't support 4800?

I’m trying to change it but it won’t let me. The sparkfun product page says it’s compatible down to 2400, but the BGB203 AT command set file doesn’t go below 9600 for supported baud rates. I was able to change to 115200 and back to 9600 but not 4800. Am i missing something?

Here is a little bit of the communication with it.
