Bottom copper layer solid but should not be

This is my first attempts with BatchPCB.

I am using Sprint-Layout 5.0 and have not had any problems with my local board house.

When I receive the email after passing DRC, the bottom copper layer is solid copper. If I check it with View-Mate 9.6, it looks correct.

Any ideas?

Also, should I be seeing drill holes in the BatchPCB previews?
