Can I calculate the distance of a particular RFID?

I bought two nanos here. But I want to make a RFID tag recognize only one antenna which is more closer than other. Put simply, Can I calculate the distance of RFID tag?

For example,

There are A nano board with antenna and B nano board with antenna installed, and when I attach a tag at the middle of both, one of board can recognize that a tag is more closer than other. And computer calculate the distance, and if my tag was more closer to A nano board, it make beep sound…!

Is it possible? How can I make it? Please help, and I attach a pic too! Please see it

With that setup there is no way of measuring distance.

In general, it is very difficult to electronically measure the distance between two independent objects.
