Can I somehow cast corrections from my RTK Express in base mode by connecting it through cell phone data to RT2GO?

What I mean is that there is a possibility of communicating via NTRIP my RTK Express base with my RTK Express Plus rover.

Yes, this is a common setup.

Using your phone in hot spot mode is a quick/easy way to get the base on the internet.
