My Facet is stuck without wifi and Terra Term will not connect as well.
In Terra Term the only repeating msg i get is: “Halted: network user PVT UDP server is already idle”
I think i misspelled my wifi password before this happened as well so i cant connect to it at all. It also wont turn off with the button. I have let the battery run out, recharged, and then have the same problem.
The facet display says; " ssid rtk config IP 192.168.4."
i don’t know what to do.
You can try one of the other configuration options/menus, like BT https://docs.sparkfun.com/SparkFun_RTK_ … bluetooth/ or serial, etc
Once you get into a config menu you should be able to reset your wifi info
i don’t think it’s just the wifi password. Terra sync doesn’t connect either. And although the facet shows the Bluetooth on the screen, SW maps will not display any data in the bottom of the screen and my phone does not show connection to the facet.
When i set facet to Configure screen the unit completely freezes up and i have to let the battery die to restart.

Sorry for the hassle! This was a known bug. Please update to v4.0 to clear the error. I recommend using the Windows GUI: https://docs.sparkfun.com/SparkFun_RTK_ … loader-gui
i was already on V4.0 firmware. but i reloaded it through the GUI. Unit still freezes when i put it in configure mode… no wifi, no serial connection
i used the gui to go back to firmware 3.10rc, then upgraded back to 4.0 again. Still have the freezing issue when in config mode. but it does Bluetooth connect to sw maps now.
Steven Wells from Technical support showed me how to do a factory reset and now it works fine. Thanks Steven!
