I’m having trouble with via diameter in Eagle PCB v5. I checked through design rules but still can’t seem to get any via outer diameters less than 0.8mm to display. The drill sizes work fine.
Frustrating.
Any ideas?

in the PCB don’t show, or that you are trying to change
dims of an existing component?
It would help if you could post your EAGLE files for others
to examine.
