cheaper than the GE863?

Hi all-

Sparkfun is so cool.

My company wants to make a device that will merge GPRS/GSM with GPS. Size is not really an issue, as the devices will be installed in fixed locations.

The GE863 module looks like just what we need. But it is quite expensive.

Anyone know of other good GPRS/GSM chips that are cheaper?

We are talking an initial order of maybe 1000 units. Then going up from there. Perhaps even 10,000 units over the span of a year.
