What is the most suitable SparkFun product to control a P12 Slim PWM PST fan (https://www.arctic.de/en/P12-Slim-PWM-PST/ACFAN00187A) on an Arduino board?

Abd how do I connect the PST connector (https://www.arctic.de/en/blog/what-exactly-is-pwm-pst)?

Just an Arduino uno and a 12 volt power supply should do. Connectors can be gotten on Amazon, just hack a fan extension cable.
