Control DC Automobile DC Blower (non-pwm) Fan with Microsontroller

Hello, I am looking for some guidance on what approach you would suggest for controlling a DC 12-volt blower fan from a car with an Arduino-based microcontroller.

The12 v dc blower I am using is very similar to this one

and has 4 individual wired which are low, med, high and Ground.

I believe this is a resistor-based motor and is traditionally used with a physical turn/click style switch. Could anyone suggest a board or circuit design that would allow me to use an Arduino-style microcontroller to replace the physical switch?
