Copper Pour Messed Up

I’m stumped.

I’m using DesignSpark to make some PCBs, but everytime I submit them to BatchPCB they fail and the copper pour comes back looking very distorted.

As you can see, it is drawing wierd shapes around the vias. If I submit it without the copper pour, everything passes. The copper pour looks ok to me in the original submittal, but it is coming back all messed up.

Any ideas? There are no updates to the DesignSpark Software. I"ve submitted boards and had them made before, but not using DesignSpark.

Thanks for your help! I’ve tried changing the output settings of the top copper layer, but nothing seems to help.

Check the Gerbers with a Gerber viewer. The Batch PCB checker probably has a bug.

For those of you using DesignSpark – my problem was fixed by unchecking one of the output boxes. Under “Device Setup”, I needed to uncheck the box for “Hardware Arcs”.

Now everything is passing…phew! 8)
