Custom PCBs and Soldering

Hello,

Is it possible to buy custom design PCBs with components soldered to them?

For example, my project involves using multiple sparkfun breakout components such as the MicroMag3 and Pressure sensor, most of the space on my hardware is just tracks between surface mount componets. It would be convinent to have a breakout with all of the various components I need.

I understand services like batchPcb.com exist, but unfortunalty I haven’t yet mastered surface mount soldering.

Some of the services will do assembly too (PCBTrain does it for an extra fee, including all standard resistors and capacitors - you supply any other components).
