datalogger IoT - 9DoF not starting

Hi I am new, hope I dont ask for stupid questions
As soon as arrived the system has continuously power-on resets
I cannot enter the menu or nothing else
As soon as I start using coolterm I read as follows

How is it being powered? If using usb-c, try another cable/port or another PC
Also double check the SD stuff Preparing Your MicroSD Card - SparkFun DataLogger IoT Hookup Guide

Finally take a look at the physical RST and BOOT buttons and ensure there isn’t damage or one of them isn’t stuck (make sure they both push in/out freely) Hardware Overview - SparkFun DataLogger IoT Hookup Guide

unfortunately no ggod result

  1. usb-c
    tried two different cables and two different computers
  2. formatted the microSD card as suggested
  3. the two buttons seem to click normally

what can I do
