So I accidently hooked 7vdc up to the 3.3V pin and now I have no response from the xbee.
Think I smoked it? :doh:
never mind it is still working somehow!
Wow, it survived 7V, I’m surprised.
Anyway, you lucked out so can continue with your project.
I’ve worked with XBees (S1’s) for years and they somehow survive severe abuse. Maybe the 8051 core.
