Digi ConnectPortX4 Gateway -Netvox..Help Urgent!

Hi,

Stuck with Digi - netvox device integration and desperately looking forward for any kind help!

I am using Digi ConnectportX4 gateway (Zigbee Pro compatible) and trying to integrate it with netvox devices (HA profile). I have gone through the following thread (considering it as my reference point and only ray of hope :-)):

Digi gateway firmware (firmware version 2170) setting is not allowing me to set Encryption key as per the recommendation from the above thread -it displays an error which says “Out of Range Value for network encryption key”.

  1. Am I missing something here -configuration, hardware compatibility?

  2. Is it feasible to achieve this integration without having to communicate at ZDO level (ZCL and above?)?

Please revert back if you need further information on my configuration and setting.

Hi Stevech,

I have raised this question in Digi Forum but with no luck, there is no response to this query, as per my experience with Digi, they do not answer to the point and clearly when it comes to Non-Xbee based zigbee devices.

I happen to get some direction by browsing through sparkfun forum and as per the link that I have provided in this thread, this integration was successful. Hence wanted get more information to proceed further.
