Hi. All sense pins in this schematic are used with diodes. Anyone can explain? And what diodes will work here. No info in datasheet.
Thanks,
Roman

Used as a [transient voltage suppressor to protect against voltage spikes. Zener diodes are often used or [TVS diodes designed for the purpose.](Transient-voltage-suppression diode - Wikipedia)](Surge protector - Wikipedia)
Will 5V 20mA Schottky work here?
Sorry. Yes, Schottky. Not Zener. From the diagram, it looks like those are the back EMF sense pins for a BLDC controller circuit…?
Check the application note. Those values seem rather small if that’s the reverse voltage and forward current that you’re referring to. Got the datasheet? Also, what will PVdd be? It may work if you’re running a 3.3v Vcc for the MCU, but above 5V there will be reverse current across the diode which can be quite significant in Schottky diodes.
