Do boards ship out of order?

I see you have shipped 823, while 814 is still processing. My other orders have all shipped in order, is this normal?

Thanks,

Brian

I believe they do. On my last order, my order status page still said ‘Processing’, yet I received my boards in the mail a few days later.

Sometimes a panel comes back with problems, so they need to have it remade. BatchPCB is really a service tuned completely towards price, rather than any guarantee of arrival time.

Oof, 24 days and counting! I wonder if this panel is going to set a record.

I also have a project on Panel 814.

I think I am done using Batchpcb. The last time I used them, only half of my holes were drilled (and my gerbers were verified), and this time It is going to be 30 days before seeing a board or even find out if the order even got submitted. I have emailed them and haven’t gotten any reply.

I know people swear by them and think they are awesome…but I’ve been bitten enough and quite frankly, I have yet to be impressed by anything other than the quality of the boards, which is not Batchpcb.

I would much rather pay $100 to Phoenix and know that I am even getting my boards.

It has taken so long that I have not only found a new apartment, but moved there too!

I can’t complain however, 22$ for 4 different boards is a good deal.

Heh, yeah, if I’d been 1 day slower I’d have had my boards several days ago. I would love to hear that this panel is actually coming, though… the last panel shipped was 830!

Have you sent a message to customer support? I had a question about one of my orders and they replied within hours! (Of course, on a weekday :P)

I did send an email out i think wednesday. Generally they do answer within a few hours.

…You are right. $22 is a good price for 4 boards…

…however how do you know you are actually getting those boards?

Edited: I see the panel number is on the detailed invoice.
