Drill Size Problem

Hello all,

My shiny green boards finally came today. They look almost perfect at a glance, but after careful examination it appeared that all the drill holes are reduced to the same small size, including the 4 stand-offs, which are from spark-fun eagle library.

What did I do wrong? Did any of you all have similar problem?

Thanks!

Here’s the picture of the board:

usually these NON-PTH hole tolerance should be controlled by +/-2mil. Maybe the factory use -2mil to do this board. you can have a check with vendor.

As we don’t know how you created this board (there was

a hint that you may have used EAGLE…) can you

help us help you by providing more information?

Can you post the native files used for the project?

Also, the zipped file that you uploaded to BatchPCB?

Thanks In Advance!
