Eagle and SparkFun Shortcut Script

Hi,

I have downloaded “eagle.scr” file and place it in scripts folder of my Eagle installation, but not sure how to start using it, since those shortcuts mentioned there are not “active” while in schematic editor or pcb editor.

Please help.
