ESP32-S2 Thing Plus - no Serial Port

I have bought two ESP32-S2 Thing Plus

Serial driver installed on Windows 11 Laptop

for both boards I have no serial port. Blue LED is flashing

that worked well in the past for a “ESP32 Thing Plus C”,

They use different drivers (C = ch340, S2 = CP2102)
