is ET-301 able to deliver raw pseudo-ranges. if so has any one been able to achive this?
The Sirf III used in the ET-301 provides pseudo-ranges but not carrier phase. I’ll be posting a Sirf–>Rinex program next week; you can get a preview of the sources at www.precision-gps.org.
If you are interested in double differencing, not having phase means the Sirf III can be used only for static positioning. It will not do kinematic.
On the other hand, the older Sirf II has carrier phase. It doesn’t have as good reception as Sirf III, but you should be able to do submeter kinematic positions. (I haven’t tried it myself. It should work.)
