Before firmware update (v3.5), we still had more than 250 days of license PointPerfect (key was activated around April 15, 2023), but now we have message expired key.
How to reactivate our key?

There was a firmware bug that mis calculated the expiration date. Keys can not be older than ~56 days.

Reviewing your ID, it’s correctly whitelisted so you are cleared to get keys.
What version of firmware is on your RTK Facet L-Band? You should use v3.7. Docs are here: https://docs.sparkfun.com/SparkFun_RTK_ … loader-gui
If you have version 3.7, please give your unit WiFi credentials for your local WiFi. Then request the unit update the keys.
Alternatively, you can factory reset your unit (docs here: https://docs.sparkfun.com/SparkFun_RTK_ … tory-reset) then give the unit WiFi credentials, then it should provision and get new keys. Please
