Received the Facet L-Band last week and have been unable to download the keys. I connected the Facet to WIFI and updated the firmware. However after it says it is getting keys it says:
ZTP Failed ID: 48E729963B24.
Is there a step I am missing?

I’ve seen a previous case where it helped to delete the wifi info and re-do those steps, then proceed here https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/gn … m-services …any luck?
Sorry for the hassle and the delay in response (I was out last week on vacation). Device ID was not whitelisted, it is now. Please power cycle the device and let us know if you have any more problems.
Still not able to get keys. I updated to firmware to V4.0 and it not says not listed.
I’m sorry you’re still having issues! I’ve confirmed your device ID was whitelisted on December 5th. I’m not sure what is going wrong at this point. Please start an RMA (https://www.sparkfun.com/returns) and return the unit for inspection. We’ll get it sorted out and returned back to you.

I tried again last night and it downloaded the keys and seems to be working. Thanks again for you help resolving this issue.
