RTK Facet L-Band Not Getting Keys (Not Whitelisted)

I recently purchased the RTK Facet L-Band and I am getting the following messages when powering on the device (after it connects to WiFi).

“WiFi Connect”

“Getting Keys”

“Not Listed”

“ZTP Failed ID: D8132A47D5E0”

When I enter config mode and go to PointPerfect config, I see this device ID: “D8132A47D5E2”. I’m not sure if this is the issue.

I then tried to provision via serial, and got this error in the image below, stating the device is not white listed.

Customer service has reached out via email and white listed my device. The issue has been fixed.

Just for clarity for anyone else who runs into this issue; this was our mistake, and not the expected experience for a Facet L-Band. We whitelist Facet L-Bands during production (this may change in the future), but occasionally we will miss one during the process, like this unit. Please reach out and we will get you set up!
