RTK Facet L-Band keys

Hi,

I am setting up a new RTK Facet L_band and can not get the keys to download.

We have wifi but get the following error when attempting to access the keys:

Connecting to: https://api.thingstream.io/ztp/pointperfect/credentials

HTTP response error 403: Device hardware code not whitelisted

On the Facet screen we get:

ZTP

Failed

ID:

A08765

6C44FE

We are looking to take the RTK Facet on site this weekend so a quick response to getting the devise whitelisted would be greatly appreciated :smiley:

Apologies. I sent the wrong ID: It should have been A0B7656C44FE rather than the number I sent (I had misread the B7 as 87)
