RTK Facet L-Band: Device hardware code not whitelisted

Unboxed a new Facet L-band today, Firmware V3.6

For Device ID: A0B7655EF23E

First attempt to update the Keys says Hardware Code Not Whitelisted.

Subsequent attempts report HTTP response error -1

Can SparkFun please whitelist this Device ?

I just checked and that ID is not whitelisted. It is now, please give it another try.

Hi I am having a similar problem, I have the wifi connection set correctly, but I am getting the following error "Connecting to: https://api.thingstream.io/ztp/pointperfect/credentials

HTTP response error -1:

Bluetooth broadcasting as: Facet L-Band Rover-EDCA

*WIFI_OFF"

This occurs under the pointperfect section whenever I try to update the keys.

Additionally the Device ID is A0B7656AEDCA

Go ahead and try again. We reset the whitelisting on it, so it should be working. If you run into any more issues, let me know and I’ll dive into it.
