L-band Facet device not getting keys

I recently renewed the subscription for the RTK service however the device fails to download new keys. I have tried two different wifis and still no luck. Looking at some of the other posts it seems possible my device needs to be white listed?

The error i receive is ZTP Failed ID: A0B765677274

Hi @pseasley1989 - There was something odd about the allowed list and your device ID. I think we’ve got it sorted. Please give it one more try.

I tried again same error. I tried twice on the wifi in the building then twice on the hotspot i have. The hot spot displayed a device connecting both times believe but it still failed to download the keys

It shows connected to my wifi with an IP and i am able to access the config menu through my phone with IP. I saved configuration and restarted but it still has the same error when trying to obtain the keys

Could you also just confirm the different dot colors? For RTK Fix, Float Etc? I believe the red dot is when i am not connected but only using my phone.

Dot colors in SW Maps:

  • Green = RTK Fix
  • Orange = RTK Float
  • Blue = DGNSS
  • Red = 3D fix

You want to work your way up to green. A phone will have a very large accuracy bubble vs a ~1m accuracy bubble (any of our RTK receivers), but both will indicate red.

Do the correction keys work in canada as well?

Well the L-Band keys are the same, but I dont recall the coverage going deep into Canada. The GAD maps show quadrants crossing the southern boarder with the USA.
There’s talk about more expansion to a global service with release of ZED-X20P, but not sure if the L-Band regions will expand.
