I have a SparkFun RTK Facet L-Band (GPS-20000). The firmware version is v3.10. It is not updating the PointPerfect keys.
The device was bought on 5 July 2022, so one year has already passed after the purchase date. Thus, the issue may have to do with the expiry of our subscription. If that is the case, I need to renew it ASAP and I ask your assistance on that.
But that seems not to be the case because it has been working recently (even though a year has gone by already), and also, when I connect it to a PC terminal window (TeraTerm), I receive these messages:
