SparkFun RTK Facet L-Band not updating keys (MQTT fail, ZTP fail)

I have a SparkFun RTK Facet L-Band (GPS-20000). The firmware version is v3.10. It is not updating the PointPerfect keys.

The device was bought on 5 July 2022, so one year has already passed after the purchase date. Thus, the issue may have to do with the expiry of our subscription. If that is the case, I need to renew it ASAP and I ask your assistance on that.

But that seems not to be the case because it has been working recently (even though a year has gone by already), and also, when I connect it to a PC terminal window (TeraTerm), I receive these messages:

"Menu: PointPerfect Corrections

Days until keys expire: 1

[…]

Stored certificates are valid!

MQTT connecting…MQTT connecting…MQTT connecting…failed!"

Also, when it tries to get the keys via Wifi, it says:

“WiFi Connect”

“Getting Keys”

“ZTP Failed ID: C049EF0AFA0C”

We reach out to all the customers we can before the expiration date. Did you buy the unit from us or from a distro? If it was from a distro, we don’t have a way to know the end user’s contact details. Sorry for the hassle!
