Keys will not update

My Sparkfun L-band is not getting the keys now that they have expired. I have done a factory reset as mentioned in a similar post. Is there any way to help me out? I power on and it connects to WiFi then says account expired ZTP FAILED ID: C049EF0AF930

I haver also updated to 4.1 - Device ID is 6142924D5B
