I am trying to get my new Facet L-Band up and running and am getting an “Account Expired” error when the device connects to wifi and starts to look for keys. I saw an earlier message about being pre-provisioned on a white list of something?
We’re researching this, hang tight for an update ASAP!

Hi Mstickling - Can you let us know your device ID? Or the last four digits shown on your display?
