RTK L-Band account expired cannot get keys

Cannot get my keys to update say account expired

Would probably need to get account/ID details to @sparky or @TS-Russell to review

Also L-Band service to Europe has been suspended / terminated

Where do you find your device id have not been able to locate it

Please see these docs. You can view the device ID over the WiFi config page, or over the serial connection in the PointPerfect menu.

Thank you. Yes, it looks like your account has expired. The product includes a 1 year subscription. Please contact customer service with your order number and device ID. They can get you setup with a new subscription.
