File .ini super wave trigger

Hello,

During test, each time we have to modify the .ini file (configuration of the board) we have

1 - to take out the SD card friom the super wave trigger,

2 - to insert the SD card in an external card reader

3- to modify somes parameters

4 -to take out the SD card from external card reader

5 - to e-insert the SD card in the super wave trigger

So is it possible to make changes on the card via the USB port without having to remove it.

Best regards,

Jean-Claude - France

No:-(

"Any time the microSD card is removed and re-inserted, the WAV Trigger must be power cycled.

This is because it reads the init file (see below) and indexes all the tracks only during a power-on

reset."

I would recommend just getting an extra SD card or two and write to one while testing the 2nd, or similar

The Test button on the Unified Configurator app will push the current settings for the currently selected trigger to the WAV Trigger/Tsunami so that any changes can be tested immediately with that trigger without having to go through the card removal cycle. These changes are temporary, so that once you have what you want, you then do need to save the init file and transfer it to the card. But for trying out different trigger settings, the Test button should make it much easier/faster.
