Finished first design - now a bunch of ERC/DRC errors...

Hi guys, I just finished my first PCB and now I am getting a lot of errors for width, clearances, etc. I set up the spacing in eagle to match up with batch PCB. At first I tried the 8mil spacing since I have a 2 sided board, but also tried 6 mil spacing, and it made no difference. The part that is causing a problem right now is a PIC24FXXXDAX06. I took it from the sparkfun library. Can someone give me a suggestion for how I can clear up this issue? Either I am missing something, or maybe Batch PCB can’t create boards at this resolution??

OK, so it seems that the errors don’t go away, even if you fix them, until I close the board, reopen it and do the check again…
