Gm862 Hardware Flow Control

I have the RS232 EVK board and a GM862-PY

I’m trying to load a python prog onto the module but according to Pete at Spark Fun I need to implement hardware flow control

I’m having a heck of a time finding out how to do this

any help is much appreciated
