GND flood and DRC width/spacing error

Hi all,

I am trying to submit my first design, made in eagle. I am having problems with the DRC bot, and it has to do with the ground flood. When I take the ground polygon out completely, I have no problems passing. Here is the image that the processor sends me, with 121 errors:

next i have a close-up of a ‘hot’ area in the upper left portion of the board. my grid size in this shot is 4 mils, for reference:

Can anyone help me? I just do not see what is causing the DRC errors.

Thanks!

Figured it out. Apparently, the batch pcb processor doesn’t like the octagonal pads - i replaced those and it passed DRC just fine!

Maybe a bug you guys have to work out?

octagonal pads are simulated by eagle (look in the eagle.def file in the cam dir if you care). I think if you use a larger value for isolate, it will also pass.
